What we do
Software Development
Web apps, marketplaces and enterprise platforms. The systems we run take payments, sync inventory, hold multi-tenant data and stay up while people are in the middle of using them. Java and Spring Boot at the back, React and Next.js at the front, Kubernetes underneath.
Creative Design
Brand, identity and interface. We design the thing people actually touch and then we build it ourselves, so nothing gets lost on the way from the mockup to the browser.
Digital Solutions
Hosting, migration, monitoring, updates, and the daily work of keeping a business online. This is the part most agencies hand back to you at the end. We keep it.

3 case studies
Ombra runs the whole of a salon, spa or barbershop from one place. Bookings, point of sale, staff rosters, client records, loyalty and marketing, plus a marketplace where customers find and book the business. Each business is paid directly through Stripe Connect, and the takings reconcile into Xero or QuickBooks without anyone re-keying a number.
Underneath sit fourteen services talking to each other across a ninety-five topic event bus, with tenant isolation enforced on every record, passkey sign-in, and business insights written by Claude.

Fabled is where people play tabletop role-playing games together online. Live video around the table, a shared board you can draw on, dice, character sheets, and a marketplace where the people who write adventures can sell them.
The hard part is the ingest. Point it at a rulebook and an agentic AI pass turns hundreds of pages of prose into structured, playable content, with a human review gate before any of it reaches a table.

Fetch is a trading card marketplace across Australia and New Zealand. We did not build it. What we build and run is the piece that connects it to the shops.
Card retailers plug their Shopify store straight into Fetch, and their inventory becomes live listings. The sync was designed to carry three hundred thousand products and millions of variants, event driven through EventBridge, with idempotent webhook handling and a dedicated idempotency table, so a Shopify event redelivered twice can never double-count a shop's stock. Getting that wrong sells a card that is not there.
We are now building features into the marketplace itself.

Regulated
Systems for tracking and managing integrity cases, for the body responsible for keeping the sport straight. It has since been folded into a Crown entity, and the work carries on inside it.
Law enforcement
Internal tooling. That is about as much as we are going to say about it.
Built and sold
Point of sale and e-commerce for trading card and hobby retailers, running in shops across several countries. We built it, we grew it, and we sold it.
